Thank you for your interest in American Liberty Insurance. At Trean, we provide workers' compensation insurance coverage to 49 states, including the District of Columbia through our family of highly rated and broadly licensed insurance companies, American Liberty and Benchmark.
American Liberty is not licensed in the State of New York, however we do offer multi-state coverage for businesses that have a location in New York when coverage is placed through the New York State Insurance Fund.
